It’s important to love where you work and we hear about great companies that strive to make their employees happy.
One of those companies on Delmarva is Trinity Logistics. They do a lot to make the work week a great experience and you can be a part of it!
Trinity Logistics has about 280 employees nationwide. COO Sara Ruffcorn tells us about the services Trinity Logistics provides.
“We have a group of customers and shippers and we have a group of carriers and we arrange for the freight to be moved from point A to B,” Sara says. “So think of us as like load matching.com where shippers can call us and we then reach out to all of our carriers to then arrange for that freight to happen all through out the United States.”
The team members at the company community often with each other throughout the work day and truly work together. The company recently became an ESOP which allows the team members to be a part of the success of the company and is just another way to get to share in the stock of the company to be able to now be part owners of the company.
Sarah says Trinity is always looking for people to join their team. They look for people who matches up to their guiding values.
