It wasn’t that long ago that Main Street in Berlin didn’t have but a couple of stores.
Things really started to pick up for the small town in the late nineties, after the movie, “The Runaway Bride” was filmed there. Many shops have come and gone since then, but one has been there for 25 years, Victorian Charm. Like fine wine, Victorian Charm has gotten better with age.
