One group on Delmarva recognizes that and that’s why they are offering free flu shots to veterans.
102.5 WBOC’s Corey Phoebus stops by Your Doc’s In to learn all about the importance of a flu shot. Dr. Walt Gianelle with Your Doc’s In, Salisbury, Md., tells us that kids ages 3-months-old to adults can get the flu shot and even pregnant women.
Dr. Gianelle is a veteran and served in the Air Force for five years. He says offering free flu shots for veteran is a simple way for them to say “thank you.”
No appointment is necessary if you are a veteran and want a flu shot. Simply walk into Your Doc’s In with proof of service and you can get your free flu shot. Your Doc’s In has been offering free flu shots for veterans for the past few years.
