On our Facebook Live Show today, we learned that Vittles is much more than that. Vittles caters many events in the area also. The business started up a year and a half ago and it has become a very popular food truck and catering business in the area.
Chef Jeremy Dashiell with Vittles joins us in the DelmarvaLife kitchen and shows us how to make pistachio crusted salmon with a honey sriracha lime glaze topped with creamy Brussels sprouts.

Pistachio Crusted Salmon with a Honey Sriracha Lime Glaze topped with Creamy Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
– Pistachio Crust:
- 8oz crushed pistachio
- 1/3 cup Panko bread crumb
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Minced garlic
– Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 Lime Juiced
- Pinch of Ancho Chili (optional)
– (4) 4oz salmon filets
– Salt and Pepper to taste
