Chef Patrick Fanning from High Spot, Stoked and Rock Lobstah in downtown Cambridge stopped by the DelmarvaLife kitchen to cook up some amazing food including: smoked crab tacos, Eastern Shore summer squash slaw, charred Old Bay corn and tomato and jalapeno cream fraiche.
Then Katie Clendaniel, Executive Director of Cambridge Main Street, steps into the kitchen to tell Corey and Lisa about the 15th Annual “Taste of Cambridge” which is back after a small haidas.
Getting ready for it’s 12th year, the “Taste of Cambridge” is already cooking up quite the excitement! Five judges will blindly taste test dishes from ten different restaurants. Event guests can enjoy amazing food, great live (and local) entertainment, as well as a kids zone so the whole family can stay involved!
