Big Oyster Brewery recently opened their new location in Lewes, Del.

We thought we’d have them on our Facebook Live Show so we could learn more about Big Oyster Brewery beers and the daily food specials they offer. Head Chef William Somoza and Beer Director, Mike Anderson, join us in the DelmarvaLife kitchen today.

We’re making short ribs braised in Big Oyster Brewery Oyster Stout served with a vegetable medley and potatoes.

Big Oyster Brewery Oyster Stout is made with a creamy dark chocolate with dark roasted notes complimented by a subtle caramel sweetness and brewed with oyster shells. The shells are incorporated during the boiling process and the calcium helps add clarity to the beer.
