How do you know what school is right for child? What questions should you ask to administrators? Are there other things to consider besides the schools curriculum?
Sean Streicher joins us from Wicomico Day School in Salisbury, Md. to help get some of those questions answered.
Caroline O’Hare, Administrative Head at Wicomico Day School, tells us it’s never too early to think about your child’s education.
Caroline says look at class size, curriculum, and see if the present students are happy at the school. She also tells us about what the Wicomico Day School has to offer students.
The Wicomico Day School has an extended school day which runs from 8 am – 4:30 pm to accommodate working parents. They also offer before care which starts at 6:30 am and they have after care which goes until 6 pm.
Caroline also tells us summer camp enrollment is coming up. “There’s different theme weeks,” Caroline says. “It’s a lot of fun!”
