Jump Rope for Heart is a fundraising and physical activity program.

It teaches school aged children how to keep fit and healthy, all while having fun and raising vital funds for heart disease research and education.

Miles Cox, a third grade student at Northwestern Elementary along with his father, John Cox, joins us in the studio to talk about a viral video they created to help raise money for The American Heart Association.

They talk about how they came up with the idea to make the video and why this issue is so dear to their hearts. Check out the video here and be sure to give it a share!
