U. S. 13 Dragway finished its season with the Halloween Shootout, a two-day event for local racers to get one last race in before the cold season sets in. Both days were packed with racers and special races. Saturday featured a diesel truck race, along with cash days for the list and bike classes.
Saturday winners were Horace Willey in Top, Ben Garnett in Mod, Brice Cornish in the Outten Brother Pro bike class and Pat Marnier in Street along with the win in the diesel truck race. Jacob Spencer took the win in Hot Rod, Keith Riddle in Jr 1 and Alexis Truitt in Jr 2.
Sundays winners were Mike Jones in Top, Jim Williams in Mod and James Farmer in the Outten Brothers Pro bike class. Ryan Groton won in Street, Keith Riddle in Jr 1 and Dacia Powell in Jr 2. Mile Larkin and Wayne Patton battled it out in the final round of the High Roller race where Larkin took the win.
