The U.S. leads the world in unused vacation days. According to Oxford Economics, many of us are working for free almost one week a year.
Judy Aufenthie says that studies have shown that people who use their vacation time actually get the raises more frequently and are seen in a more positive light by their bosses.
Experts say that you should use more vacation days in a row because it takes two to three days for your brain to start unwinding from work.

When you do take those wonderful vacations, remember to apply sunscreen. There may also be a new marker on the market soon to let us know when to reapply sunscreen.
