Today on DelmarvaLife:
cupping
If you have been watching the 2016 Olympics in Rio, you’ve probably noticed many of the athletes have red, circular shapes on their body. No, they aren’t bruises. It’s called cupping, and it has actually been around for many years. Sean paid a visit to About Faces Day Spa and Salon to learn more about this type of therapy, how it works, if it works, and try it out for himself.

Sean tries out natural beauty masks
Sean shows Jimmy and Lisa how to make natural beauty remedies using certain foods you might already have in your kitchen. They use ingredients like banana, baking soda, turmeric, and honey, just to name a few. Sean takes one for the team and tries out the mixtures for himself.
We share a few pet success stories and in today’s pet connect, we have dogs and cats up for adoption from the Delaware SPCA in Georgetown, Eastern Shore SPCA, and Baywater Animal Rescue.
Double Nickels
Double Nickels return to the DelamrvaLife studio to perform “How Long” by John David Souther and “H.O.L.Y.” by Michael Busbee, Nate Cyphert and William Larsen.
The first ever DelmarvaLife blooper reel will be on the show tonight. You do not want to miss this!
Hope you enjoy the show!
