Nobody wants to become the victim of a burglary. Studies show most burglars can be in and out of your home in less than 10 minutes, with arms full of your precious property. 102.5 WBOC’s Corey Phoebus spends some time with our friends at Sentech Security & Communications to learn ten simple steps homeowners can take to deter burglars.

We are going to learn about the group, Maryland Relay. Its goal is to make communicating on the phone easy for everyone. Asia Johnson and Brenda Kelly Frey are with Maryland Relay, a public service that helps the deaf or hard of hearing. Learn about how you can access these services as well.

The president of the Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation, Jeff Gordon is here to give us all the details. For more information on the programs, visit the Educational Foundation website.

In addition to learning about the Cape Henlopen Education Foundation and their upcoming Winter Jam event, we’re also going to learn about some of the food that will be featured at Winter Jam. Chef Jen Bradour from Plate Catering is in the kitchen today to make Winter Jam Stuffed Cucumbers.
