Yvonne D. Penn

Rev. Dr. Yvonne Wallace Penn is a Philadelphia native, ordained elder, and longtime community leader who has served churches across Maryland and Delaware for more than two decades. She earned degrees from Virginia Union University, Howard University School of Divinity, and United Theological Seminary, and previously served as senior pastor of St. Luke United Methodist Church in Cambridge before leading First United Methodist Church of Hyattsville. She has lived in Cambridge for over a decade.
