MILFORD, Del.- An arrest has been made in the shooting at an apartment complex in Milford early Saturday morning, police said.
Don R. Martinez of Dover was arrested for the murder of 36-year-old Kevin King of Ellendale, which took place at the Silver Lakes Estates Apartment Complex a little before 1 a.m., police said.
According to police, a physical fight led to Martinez shooting King. His body was found in a car abandoned on Route 10, police said.
A 31-year-old man was also injured in the shooting, but he was treated at the Bayhealth Hospital in Milford and then released, police said.
Martinez was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #7, where bail was set at $1 million, cash only. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution.
