Updated: Police ID Man Gunned Down in Dover on Monday Night

DOVER, Del.- Dover police have arrested two suspects in connection with a deadly shooting that happened early Monday evening in the 300 block of Kesselring Avenue.

Police identified the victim as Mykal Dempster, 31, of Dover. 

Police said that just before 7 p.m. officers responded to the aforementioned area for a report of shots fired and located Dempster's body inside of a vehicle.  A home was also struck by gunfire during the incident. 

Several people who live in the neighborhood provided descriptions, images, and other information about the two suspects and arriving officers established a secure perimeter in the area with the assistance of the Delaware State Police Aviation Unit. A little over an hour later, officers had arrested two suspects.  Each suspect was in possession of a handgun, according to police. 

Raiquan Fisher, 18, and Harry Charles, 15, were each charged with first-degree murder, first-degree conspiracy, possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, first-degree reckless endangering and criminal mischief. 

Fisher was committed to SCI on a  $180,100 cash bond. Charles was committed to a juvenile detention center on a $170,100 cash bond.
