At Delmarva Acupuncture & Wellness Center in Milford, our mission is simple: help people across the Delmarva Peninsula reach their health goals. Led by Dr. Ashley Adams, LAc, Dipl Ac, our clinic offers acupuncture, a time-tested, holistic medicine that can help decrease pain and restore function. What Makes Us Different

Our story starts with Dr. Adams' own. After 18 years of military service, her career was cut short by an auto accident that required extensive rehabilitation, and acupuncture transformed her recovery. She went on to earn a Master of Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Today, every patient begins with an evaluation of their specific needs, followed by a treatment plan built just for them. Those plans often combine acupuncture with IV nutrient therapy, dry needling, O3 regenerative therapy and cellular resonance therapy for complete, comprehensive care.
