Sean joined WBOC as Digital Content Producer in February 2023. Originally from New Jersey, Sean graduated from Rutgers University with bachelor’s degrees in East Asian Studies and Religion. He has lived in New York, California, and Virginia before he and his wife finally found a place to permanently call home in Maryland. With family in Laurel, Ocean Pines, Berlin, and Captain’s Cove, Sean has deep ties to the Eastern Shore and is thrilled to be working at WBOC serving the community.
DOVER, Del. - Mike Katz has won the Republican Primary to go on to the General Election race for Delaware's U.S. Senator, according to the Associated Press.
Katz defeated opponent John Shulli in Tuesday's primary race with a total of 7,872 over Shulli's 2,757 as of 8:27 p.m. when the AP called the race.
Katz will now go on to face Senator Chris Coons, who was also declared the winner in his own primary quickly after polls closed on Sept. 15.
