Virginia's first female governor, Abigail Spanberger, was sworn in yesterday. The Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club held a fundraiser in honor of Corporal Snook yesterday. Rehoboth Beach has changed the dates on some restrictions like when dogs are allowed on the beach to better align with the "summer" and "off" seasons.
