A 24-year-old mother was arrested by ICE in Salisbury in an incident neighbors called shocking. A developmentally disabled man in Seaford was also arrested by ICE, prompting calls from Governor Meyer for his release. A plan to construct new Bay Bridge spans replacing the old ones has been approved in Maryland.
