The State Trooper killed in Tuesday's tragic shooting has been identified as 34-year-old Corporal Grade One Matthew 'Ty' Snook. A candlelight vigil for Trooper Snook will be held in Georgetown at 6pm on Sunday. Delaware's laws around criminal charges for public use of marijuana could soon change to civil violations instead if House Bill 252 is passed.
