DELAWARE - State police are searching for 29-year-old Steven Moran, of Rehoboth Beach.
Troopers say Moran is wanted for a domestic assault that took place in Rehoboth Beach on June 9. Additionally, state police say Moran has several active warrants, including one for failing to re-register as a sex offender.
