Alton Lee Foskey, Sr., 89, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born November 29, 1934, in Laurel, DE, he was the son of the late Oliver Walton Foskey and Bessie (Adkins) Steele and her husband, Ernest, Sr. He celebrated 68 years of marriage with his wife, Betty Lee (Vance) Foskey.
