Anita H. Steere passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025 in Fruitland, MD. Born on July 8, 1948 in Rhode Island, Anita's values were shaped by the loving guidance of her parents, the late John L. and Rose (Flint) Hoen. Educated primarily in the Bethesda, MD area, Anita received her Bachelors degree in Administration from Columbia College (NY). During her career she worked for ITT Inc. and Carrier Corporation, as well as smaller firms.
