Anna Marie (Sampogna) Rubino of Selbyville, Delaware, passed away on November 12, 2025. Anna was born on January 20, 1952, in Washington, D.C. to Lillian and Peter Sampogna. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and employee of the federal government for over 20 years.
