Anne "Nancy" Elizabeth Rovin-Jones, 56, of Stockton, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 14, 1966 in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late Alan Rovin and the late Helena Levy.
