Barbara Jean Ratzlaff, 83, of Pocomoke City passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at her home. Born August 23, 1942 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Robert Mills and Bessie (Brown) Watson. She and her husband, Roger, celebrated 45 years of marriage November 13, 2025.
