Billie Mae Wilkerson, 82, of Parsonsburg, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Thursday November 6, 2025 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born on November 15, 1942, in Whaleyville, Maryland, Billie was the daughter of the late William and Ella Lewis.
