Billy R. Elliott Jr., 74, of Hebron, Maryland, passed away on March 7, 2026, in Salisbury, Maryland. Billy was born on September 5, 1951, in Salisbury, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Campbell Bear. Billy was also preceded in death by his grandmother and step-grandfather, Louise and Norman Smith, who were an important part of his life.
