Carol Jean (Echard) Luffman, 63, of Salisbury, Maryland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 22, 2026, at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland. Carol was born to Helen Yvonne Echardand the late James Cagney Echard on September 14, 1962, at Providence Hospital in Washington, DC.
