Chad J. Martin, 48, of Greenbackville, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, in TidalHealth – Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born March 17, 1976, in Newport News, VA, he was the son of Stanley Martin of Farragut, TN and Sandra (Schmedeke) Evans and her partner, Randy Perro, Sr., of Greenbackville.
