Charles E. Kelly, 77, of Delmar, MD, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025, in TidalHealth - Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born March 12, 1948, in Salisbury he was the son of the late Clarence and Mary Louise (Dryden) Kelly. He and his wife, Kim (Bell) celebrated 46 years of marriage on October 13, 2024.
