Charles Earl Livesay, age 88, of Salisbury, MD, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026. Born on August 14, 1937, in Paragould Arkansas, he was a devoted believer in Christ, a faithful husband, and proud father. After graduating high school Charles registered for the draft and boarded a bus to the "big city" of St. Louis were he lived with his Aunt Alma and worked for a paper company before landing a job at General Motors.
