Charles Edward "Chuck" Manion, 92 of Salisbury passed away on March 10,2026. Born on August 26,1933 in Flushing NY, he was the son of Marshall J. and Esther Gooden Manion. They soon moved to Arlington, VA, where Chuck spent his youth. Chuck was known for his kindness, friendliness and sense of adventure.
