Charles “Wayne” Breeding, 78 of Hebron, MD, passed away peacefully at Tidal Health on January 24, 2026. Wayne was the son of the late Linwood “Jumbo” and Thelma Breeding. Wayne was an excellent career mechanic as well as a skilled airplane pilot and boat captain. He was truly in his element especially when fishing. Wayne also enjoyed gardening and cooking.
