It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Craig Ryan Billings,50, of Seaford, Delaware. He was born in Bethesda Maryland. He is preceded in death by his father Glen Royce Billings and he is survived by his wife Debra Billings, daughters Payton Billings, Anah Billings and step-daughter Tayjah D'Aquila (Thane).
