Mrs. Cynthia “Cindy” Louise Perro, of Captain’s Cove, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2022. Born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 1, 1956, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Pinkus.
Cindy was a lover of steamed crabs, her poodles, fishing trips on the boat, the Baltimore Ravens, cruising and spending time with her family. Her greatest joy in life were her children and grandchildren.
