Doretta Jones Taylor, age 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in Berlin, Maryland. She was born July 17, 1936, to the late Bessie and Ernest Jones in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland in Calvert County on the western shore of Maryland and moved to Salisbury in 1960. She was preceded in death by her twelve siblings, of which she was the youngest.
