Dorothy M. Byrd, 81, of Salisbury passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024. Born July 10, 1942, in Wasington, D.C., she was the first daughter of the late William Henry and Dorothy Margaret (Plitt) Brown. Her former husband, James E. Byrd III, passed away in 2006.
