Etta was born on March 13, 1956, in Albany, NY, and she spent her later years in Pocomoke City, MD. A beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, Etta dedicated her life to nurturing children as the owner of a day care, where her compassion and strength left a lasting impact on many families.
