Eugene Edward Baumann, Jr., affectionately known as Gene to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025, in Quantico, MD, after a brave battle with Parkinson’s with Dementia. Born on November 7, 1944, in Greenbackville, VA, Gene's life was a testament to the values of kindness, thoughtfulness, and friendliness that he embodied.
