Fred Brown Adkins, Jr. age 96 of Parsonsburg died peacefully May 5th at his home in Parsonsburg of good old age. Born in Parsonsburg, Maryland June 9, 1927 he was the son of the late Fred B Adkins Sr. and Ruby Quillen Adkins.
