Fredrick Millington Blalock, 87, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Bay Harbor Acute Care. Born August 1, 1938, in Columbus, MS, he was the son of the late Ocie T. and Mozelle (Branyon) Blalock. He and his wife, the former Penny Comegys had celebrated 65 years of marriage. Fredrick graduated from New Hope High School, Columbus, MS, class of 1956. He attended American University and retired from the Washington, DC Fire Department.
