James "Jim" Leroy Whaley passed away on Tuesday November 18th, 2025 at 3:00am with his loving wife Fran by his side. Jim was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Earl R. Whaley and Doris M. Whaley (nee Connolly). Jim attended St. Jane Frances Elementary School and Towson Catholic High. After high school Jim enlisted in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. Upon his return, Jim attended University of Baltimore and the Maryland Institute of Art in Baltimore.
