It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jane Freeman Dean, who departed this life on June 9, 2025, at the age of 79. Jane was born on October 8, 1945, in Elkton, Maryland. She resided in Seaford, Delaware, and spent her life dedicated to her family and community.
