Born in Frederick, Maryland on August 4, 1935, at Frederick Memorial Hospital, Joanne Kreh Todd, 89, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 22, 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Nevins Woodcock Todd, Jr, the love of her life, who passed away one year ago.
