Born on March 31, 1943, in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, PA, Joe's journey was one marked by love, dedication, and an unwavering spirit. On November 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family, Joe passed away peacefully in Salisbury, MD, after a courageous battle with cancer.
