Coastal Flood Advisory from SUN 9:00 PM EDT until MON 5:00 AM EDT

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO
5 AM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.

* WHERE...Dorchester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 5 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low
threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water
above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads
and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns
near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Joseph "Rob" Passon, a beacon of laughter and a man of profound faith, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2024, in Salisbury, MD. Born on April 8, 1961, in Baltimore, MD, Rob's zest for life and selfless nature touched the hearts of all who knew him. Rob is survived by his loving wife of many years, Julie Passon, his cherished son Hunter Passon, and his adored daughter-in-law Logan Passon.
