Joseph Ryder Powell, known to most as Joe or simply Ryder, passed away on April 8, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 74 years old. Born on May 3, 1951, in Parsonsburg, Maryland, the son of the late Elton A. and Mary Powell.
