Linda M. Willoughby, 64, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, in Salisbury, Maryland. Born on March 4, 1961, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Linda lived a life defined by generosity, grace, and a warm, thoughtful presence that left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Linda was a devoted and loving wife to Donald "Rick" Willoughby, and proud mother. Linda's greatest joy was her family, and her sons- Neil Hallowell, Danny DiGrazio, and David DiGrazio. She supported them wholeheartedly.
