Michael E. Getzey, Jr., 69, of Salisbury, Md passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 26th at his home. Born in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of the late Michael and Jean (Lowery) Getzey.
He was a graduate of Spring-Ford High School (1971) and later attended and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), NY (1973). Michael was among the first graduates from the CIA Hyde Park. He later attended and graduated from Widener University - Brandywine Campus (1975) with a degree in hospitality and business administration.
